Informations pour organiser l’arrivée des bateaux et équipages.
Information concerning arrival of boats and crews.
Pour les bateaux qui arrivent par la route
- Merci de bien remplir le formulaire logistique et de contacter l' AMA afin d'organiser l'arrivée de votre camion ou remorque à Lorient La Base et prévoir la mise à l'eau et le mâtage du bateau.

Frais de manipulation

Forfait:
- Pour 2 mouvements, Mise à l'eau , mâtage - sortie d'eau - démâtage:
8MJI : 408 euros.
6MJI : 306 euros.
- Pour 1 mouvement:
8MJI: 204 euros
6MJI: 153 euros

En cas de besoin spécifique de manipulation, déchargement en attente, stockage etc, merci de prévenir à l' AMA de la demande qui transmettra. un prix sera fixé.
Un parking sera disponible gracieusement pour les remorques pendant la durée du centenaire ( 25 mai au 16 juin).

Pour les bateaux qui arrivent par la mer:
- Vous arrivez directement Port-louis.
Vous devez prévenir par mail ou par téléphone la capitainerie de Port-Louis ou l' AMA, 2 jours avant votre arrivée afin de recevoir les instructions.

Places au pontons:
Vous bénéficiez d'une place au ponton gracieuse à Port-Louis pendant le centenaire, une semaine avant et une semaine après. ( du Samedi 25 mai au Dimanche 16 juin).
Avant et après cette date, les bateaux seront basés à Port-Louis ( ou à Lorient La Base selon possibilités) au tarif spécial AMA négocié soit: Nombre de jours sur la base du tarif mensuel -15% de remise.

- Merci de respecter le plan du ponton et l'emplacement prévu pour votre bateau.
Les places au ponton gracieuse et le tarif à la journée sont attribués sous réserve du payement de l'inscription et des frais de manipulation.

Semi-Rigide et Navette.
- Si vous avez un semi-rigide, vous pourrez le mettre le soir au ponton le plus proche de votre logement.
( Lorient La Base - Port-Louis - Kernevel).
​
- En fonction de la demande, une navette sera mise en place par l'organisation entre les sites de Lorient La Base, Kernevel et Port-Louis
( voir carte).
RAPPEL:
Etant donné le nombre de bateaux attendu pour ce centenaire,
inscription jusqu’au 31 mars puis jusqu’au 20 avril avec majoration.

MODIFICATION
For boats arriving by road:
- Please fill in the logistics form and contact the AMA to organise the arrival of your truck or trailer at Lorient to organise the launching and masting of the boat.

Fixed price:
For 2 movements, launching, masting - taking out of the water - dismasting:
8mR : 408 euros.
6mR: 306 euros.
For 1 movement: 8mR: 204 euros
6MJI: 153 euros
- If you require handling, unloading on standby, storage, etc., please inform the AMA of the request, which will be passed on. A price will be set.
- Parking for trailers will be free during the centenary (from 25 May to 16 June).

For boats arriving by sea:
- Depending on your arrival date, you'r coming at Port-Louis pontoon . You must notify the Port-Louis master's office or the AMA by e-mail or telephone 2 days before your arrival in order to receive instructions.

Places au pontons:
- You will be offered a free place at the Port-Louis pontoon during the centenary, one week before and one week after the centenary week (Saturday 25 May to Sunday 16 June).
Before and after this date, the boats will be based in Port-Louis (or at the Lorient base depending on availability) at the special rate negotiated by AMA: number of days based on the monthly rate - 15%.

- Please respect the plan of the pontoon provided for your boat.
- Free places on the pontoon and the daily rate are allocated subject to payment of the registration and handling fees.
​
Semi-Rigid and Shuttle.
- If you have a RIB, you can take it to the nearest pontoon to your accommodation in the evening.
( Lorient La Base - Port-Louis - Kernevel).
​
- Depending on demand, a shuttle service will be set up between the Lorient La Base, Kernevel and Port-Louis sites
(see map).
REMINDER:
Given the number of boats expected for this centenary,
registration until March 31, then until April 20 with a surcharge.
